Bespoke Legal Services was built by people who have spent their careers inside the engine of the legal industry, seeing exactly where it works, and where it breaks.
We learned how legal work actually flows, where inefficiencies happen, where communication breaks down, and where businesses and their clients are left without the support they truly need.
And we saw a consistent gap.
Legal services were either:

- Or disconnected from the realities of running a business
As small business owners ourselves, we began building Bespoke Capital Consulting, working directly with law firms to help them grow, scale, and operate more effectively. That work reinforced what we already knew: success doesn’t come from legal knowledge alone, it comes from strategy, structure, and execution working together.

Crystal Utley
Chief Executive Officer
Crystal is a founder, operator, and strategist with more than two decades of experience spanning healthcare, legal operations, and business leadership.
She began her career as a nurse practitioner, where her work alongside attorneys and law enforcement sparked a transition into the legal industry. From there, Crystal built and led high-performing teams responsible for complex case management and resolution at scale, overseeing operations from intake through settlement and disbursement.
Known for her ability to break down complex challenges into practical, executable strategies, Crystal has led organizations through significant growth, managed large operational teams, and developed innovative systems that improve efficiency and outcomes.
As CEO, she drives Bespoke’s vision, strategic direction, and client partnerships ensuring the company delivers not just legal support, but real business impact.
Meghan Butler
Managing Attorney
Meghan brings a rare combination of legal expertise and deep operational leadership, with a career focused on operational strategy, organizational leadership, and large-scale legal administration.
After earning her law degree from Campbell Law School, Meghan began her career as a mass tort compliance attorney, advising on regulatory requirements and supporting high-stakes litigation efforts. She went on to lead the operational execution of major national settlements, including Yaz/Yasmin, Actos, and the NFL concussion litigation.
Over time, she built and managed large, multidisciplinary teams, scaling operations to hundreds of professionals across functions like medical review, lien resolution, and claims administration. Her leadership has consistently focused on driving efficiency, improving outcomes, and integrating technology and processes to elevate performance.
As Managing Attorney, Meghan oversees all legal services, ensuring every client receives thoughtful, high-quality, and practical legal guidance grounded in real-world experience.
